AMC SAMPLE TAG - to attach on your samples which will be submitted for buyer's approval

AMC DEPT STORE PREPRODUCTION TAG - (Saks, Marshall Fields,Bloomingdales,CPS,Falabella)- attach to samples being presented during preproduction meeting with AMC MR and Quality Auditor
MARMAXX PREPRODUCTION TAG - (Marshalls,TJMaxx,Homegoods,Winners,Homesense,TKMaxx)-attach to samples being presented during preproduction meeting with AMC MR and Quality Auditor
SAMPLE EVALUATION FORM - all samples presented to AMC should be evaluated by vendors first so that any obvious defects can be fixed prior to sending
UPS AWB (For Marmaxx samples only) - how to prepare Airway bill to dispatch samples for buyer approval
COMMERCIAL INVOICE - blank commercial invoice for inputting samples to send to buyer
SAMPLE CARTON MARKS - all samples should be packed in shippable cartons.

 QUALITY CONTROL
INLINE/FINAL INSPECTION FORM - this should be faxed every Mondays of the week. Please call our office to ensure that your request has been received and logged.
AMC DEPT STORE STANDARD INSPECTION PACKAGE (SIP) -(Saks, Marshall Fields, Bloomingdales, CPS, Falabella)- Guideline and SIP form which is required per purchase order pior to inspection.
MARMAXX  STANDARD INSPECTION PACKAGE (SIP)-(Marshalls, TJMaxx, Homegoods, Winners,Homesense, TKMaxx )- Guideline and SIP form which is required per purchase order pior to inspection.
CARTON DROP TEST - Package drop test is required for all items shipped through AMC. This form enables you to to conduct the drop test yourself prior to the test by our Quality Auditor
MARMAXX/NON TARGET  MTL (Bureau Veritas ) LABORATORY TEST REQUEST FORM - Use this form when submitting test specimens for MTL for product testing.
TARGET/MARSHALL FIELDS MTL (Bureau Veritas ) LABORATORY TEST REQUEST FORM -Use this form when submitting test specimens for MTL for product testing.
FACTORY SELF EVALUATION - prior to our Quality Auditor conducting a factory evaluation, check the details needed to be compliant to AMC requirements
